Neasa has completed 200 hour Teacher Training Diploma with the YTTC in 2004, Kids Yoga teacher training with Rainbow Kids Yoga, Advanced Teacher Training with The Yoga Room, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Wendy Tysdall and Womb Yoga Training with Uma Dinsmore Tuli.  More recently she completed a 7 day Yin Yoga immersions with Travis Eliot.

Neasa is a qualified Be Activated Practitioner. She completed her level 1 and level 2 training with Douglas Heel in 2018. See more on Be Activated here.

Neasa is also a qualified Yoga Tune Up Therapy ball practicionar. She completed her training May 2014. She teaches Yoga Tune Up Therapy ball classes as well as one to one consultations.

Her classes are enjoyable and beneficial to mind and body. Join her at her Clontarf  location!
