Get your year off to a positive start with this 2 hour yoga workshop
The focus of this workshop will be on getting the body moving slowly and deeply. We will work on postures that help to stimulate digestion and strengthen the kidneys and liver. Then we will move into a more dynamic flow that will help to boost energy levels which is something we can all do with in the dead of winter. Various pranayama (breathing) techniques will be used during the workshop to help us feel connected to our practise. We will finish with a Yoga Nidra (relaxation) so you will leave feeling rejuvenated and recharged and ready to embrace whatever 2019 has in store.
All classes and workshops take place in The Scots Hall, Clontarf, Dublin 3 (at the bottom of The Howth Road). Fully accessible venue with changing and parking facilities are available. Please book your place here or contact me for further information.
