It’s been so good to get back to Scots Hall and see some of your lovely smiling faces in the flesh again 🙂
I’m restarting in person Pregnancy yoga in Sept and there are just a couple of places left on the new Wednesday evening Hatha class staring next week. Rest assured, there is 2 meter space between all yoga mats (markers are on the floor to show where mats can be placed), hand sanitiser at the entrance and the rooms are very well ventilated. Monday 10:30-11:30am Mother and Baby Yoga
Monday 7:00-8:00pm Hatha Yoga (Online)
Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm Hatha Yoga
Wednesday 8:15-9:15pm Hatha Yoga (starting 2nd of Sept)
Thursday 6:30-7:30pm Pregnancy Yoga (starting 10th of Sept)
