Mother and Baby yoga is a wonderful opportunity for new moms to spend some quality time with their baby while getting the chance to practise yoga in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Whether you’ve practiced yoga before or during pregnancy, Mother and Baby Yoga is a great way to bond with your baby while regaining strength and muscle tone. Yoga can help restore strength in your core area and lower back after pregnancy. Carrying and feeding baby on little sleep can also play havoc with a mother’s well being. Yoga helps relieve tension in neck, shoulders and back. Breathing exercises help with relaxation and help replenish lost energy.
